1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Step 1: Initial Consulation

The initial consultation allows us to get to know each other. You’ll meet with one of our designers, Les or Isobel, to talk through your project, we’ll develop an understanding of your needs, and give you an idea of what is possible. 

2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Step 2: Design Development

After the initial consultation we develop a design based on the discussed brief. This allows us to create a quotation with projects starting from £30,000. 

3. DESIGN APPROVAL
Step 3: Design Approval

At this stage, we present the design. In a collaborative process, we discuss any changes you would like to make to  ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for. After this, we may need to  make some adjustments. Once the design is exactly how you like it, we await your confirmation.

4. SITE SURVEY
Step 4: Site Survey and Sign Off

Before we go into production, our Project Manager, Brian Stewart will visit your home to take on site measurements. After this, there may be a few adjustments necessary to the drawings for the made to measure design. 

5. INSTALLATION
Step 5: Installation

When everything is ready to go, we send our team out for a flawless installation. 

6. AFTERCARE
Step 6: Aftercare

At David L Douglas, we are confident you will love your product for life so we over a lifetime warranty. We are available for any queries and concerns as you get to know your kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe or office.
