At David L Douglas, we believe every project is a journey. From the initial spark of an idea to the final installation, our process is designed to ensure your vision becomes reality. Here’s how we make it happen:
The journey begins with a personalised consultation where you’ll meet one of our designers, Dave or Isobel. We discuss your project, understand your needs, and explore what’s possible. It’s helpful to have a budget in mind to guide the conversation.
Following the consultation, we craft a bespoke design based on your brief. We provide high-quality 3D renderings to help you visualise the outcome. We might offer several design options to ensure it’s exactly what you want. Please note that project costs start from £35,000, with detailed breakdowns available upon request.
We present the design for your review. This is a collaborative process where your feedback is crucial. We’ll make any necessary adjustments, and once you’re completely satisfied, we’ll request a deposit to move forward.
Our Project Manager, Scott, will conduct a site survey to confirm all measurements. There may be slight adjustments to the design based on this survey, and we’ll inform you if any cost changes arise.
With your design finalised and the site survey completed, we move into the production phase. Our skilled craftsmen begin creating your bespoke pieces. At this stage, a production payment is required to proceed.
Once production is complete, our team will handle the installation with the utmost precision. We aim for a flawless fit and finish, with minimal disruption to your home.
We stand by the quality of our work with a comprehensive warranty (specific terms can be discussed during your consultation). Our team is available for any queries or assistance as you enjoy your new space.
